November 13th 2009 - A few new photos of Sarah Lancaster

Found a few lovely new photos of Sarah, and have added them to the Miscellaneous Gallery. Here's a couple of fine examples.

I mean come on. Not wishing to sound overly sexist or anything, but have you seen how hot this woman is? I mean, really. Always said that Sarah had great legs. And there they are. Just.. gosh. She clearly has a bit of modeling skill these days, too, throwing some good poses and whatnot. Wow. Really. Hello there. I'm just saying.

June 16th 2009 - Why is Sarah Lancaster always absent from Chuck trailers?

Have I really not posted any news this whole year? Gosh.

Sarah continues to be in Chuck, but for some reason she is always, not sometimes, but always absent from the TV trailers, at least here in the UK. Does anyone know why this might be? It seems odd that she isn't ever seen in any trailer. I know she's not the main character, but she is his sister, so one would think she'd pop up in a trailer somewhere.

Never mind, as long as she's working, eh?

April 18th 2008 - Chuck hits UK screens with a bang

UK cable provider Virgin Media is now screening episodes of Chuck on its Virgin 1 channel, and backing up the move with a big advertising campaign which sees lead actor Zachary Levi appearing not only in television trailers, but on bill hoardings and bus shelters all over the kingdom.

Sadly, the TV trailers don't feature Sarah Lancaster at all, concentrating more on Levi and Yvonne Strahovski, but Virgin 1's website does have cast profiles, including one of Sarah, which describes our favourite actress as "one of Hollywood's ascending young stars".

Virgin 1 is showing Chuck at 10pm (UK time) on Mondays. The channel is available through subscription with Virgin Media, or as part of Freeview.

March 4th 2008 - Sister website launched - The Unofficial Evangeline Lilly Website

As the Sarah Lancaster Website continues, we've set up a sister website for another fine actress, one Evangeline Lilly, best known for her role as Kate in the smash hit TV series Lost. A similar sort of a thing to the Sarah Lancaster site, the Evangeline Lilly one has a great photo gallery, and we'll be building on the news and biography sections as information comes in. February 15th 2008 - Chuck hit by writers' strike woes

Sarah's TV show Chuck, in which she plays Ellie Bartowski, is still attracting over 7 million viewers per episode (according to the Wikipedia entry on the show, anyway). Sadly, the US writers' strike has affected the show, along with many others, and there are set to be no new episodes until the latter half of the year.

October 3rd, 2007 - Forum removed

Sadly I've had to take down the forum for this website. Despite great hits for the website, there was little activity there except for the unwelcome attentions of spammers. I'd had to go and delete hundreds of posts on a daily basis, many of which contained some pretty hardcore images and stuff.

Not to worry, the site's getting very busy from the renewed attention brought about by Sarah's role in Chuck, so we welcome new visitors and hope you enjoy what we have here.

May 21st, 2007 - Chuck

Another starring role for Sarah Lancaster - Sarah plays "Ellie" in a comedy drama about young spies. The show will be shown on NBC in the States, and will premier in September 2007.

Details of international syndication are as yet unavailable. If the show follows the same pattern as many of Sarah's other shows, it will be on cable/satellite TV in the UK in about a year.

Some new photos of Sarah have surfaced, which may or may not be related to Chuck, so we've added them to the Miscellaneous Gallery. They are good studio shots, you should have a look.

February 12th, 2007 - Smother

Sarah Lancaster will be starring in Smother, a comedy movie about Noah, a 29-year-old therapist (Dax Shepard, who famously played "Vomiter at Party" in Hairshirt). Noah is fired from his job and then has his overbearing mother move in with him.

It sounds a bit like a sort of hybrid between Stop, or My Mom Will Shoot, Monster In Law, Meet The Parents, and the back end of Steve Martin's output. Maybe it will better than it sounds. Dax Shepard might vomit or something. Diane Keaton and Liv Tyler are also in it. I believe Keaton is playing the mother, and my money's on Tyler for Noah's wife.

Sarah plays Holly, and that's about all the information that's available about this role. I bet Holly's about Sarah's age and looks a bit like Sarah.

What About Brian news - Saved By The Bell alumnus Tiffani Thiessen joins cast

Apparently, Tiffani Thiessen is joining the cast of What About Brian. For the uninitiated, she used to be called Tiffani-Amber Thiessen, and she played Kelly in the original Saved By The Bell. She's a bit of a hottie. Maybe Tiffani and Sarah can exchange stories about life at Bayside High School. Or about being hot.

Here's a couple of pictures of Tiffani Thiessen for your enjoyment. She has one of the most astonishing pairs of legs on the planet, as you can see. How come we never see photos of Sarah like these?

Interesting fact: January 2010 - These photos seem to be among the most popular on the whole site, which is weird considering that they're not even of the person that the website's about.

October 17th 2006 - Welcome new visitors

There's evidently something of a buzz surrounding Sarah Lancaster at the moment, as this site has been inundated with visitors over the last few days. I'd like to think that the revamp has something to do with it, but in reality it's probably more to do with this whole Wonder Woman thing, as well as Sarah's lead role in What About Brian.

October 13th 2006 - Website revamp

This website has been around for quite a while now, and I thought that it was high time to give it a bit of a polish. All of the content from the old version is still here, along with new stuff.

Rumours persist of Sarah being one of the actresses in the frame for playing Wonder Woman in an upcoming big-budget movie, and interest in Sarah is on the increase, if website hits are anything to go by. It does seem that she is getting more good roles in TV shows since Everwood, which can only be a good thing. Here's hoping that she is catapulted into the highest echelons of stardom in the near future.

April 26th 2006 - Sarah in Brunette shock!

Well, we're getting a nice healthy increase in hits here at the Sarah Lancaster Website, despite Google's continuing mood with us about something. What did we do, Google? We still love you even if you don't love us! Welcome new visitors, we hope you find what you're looking for.

There are a couple of new photos on the Gallery page, now that the What About Brian? promotional shots are floating around the Internet. I was surprised to see that Sarah is a brunette in this new show. She looks terrific, it has to be said...

So yeah, the brown hair gets a Sarah Lancaster Website Thumbs Up. Let's hope that What About Brian? stays on the air for a while and that Sarah stays in it. It's interesting how every time she appears in a TV show, everyone goes crazy about how great she is, and then it either gets cancelled or she leaves. She deserves better! What About Brian doesn't appear to be on the air outside of the US just yet.

There's a rare interview with Sarah from TV Guide doing the rounds. In true journalistic style, we have grabbed it. You can read the interview HERE .

It's worth mentioning that towards the end of the interview, Sarah says, "Maybe I like to keep an air of mystery about me. " - If that's the case, it would certainly explain the fact that trying to gather enough information about her to make a fansite is like getting blood out of a stone. Give us an interview Sarah! We think you're great!

February 13th 2006 - What About Sarah?

Okay, let me start by wishing you all a happy 2006. I know I'm late, even for Chinese New Year. I don't know what to tell you, I'm sorry. A happy new year from me to Sarah Lancaster as well, who will be celebrating five years of not saying "hi" to this website this year. I imagine there will be a party at which Sarah and her mates all gather round a picture of me and throw things at it, whilst laughing. I hope they have a good time.

In other news, Sarah is soon to hit the small screen in What About Brian , a new show in which she plays Marjorie. IMdB have it in "post production" at the moment, which from my experience of watching the special features on Star Wars DVDs means that they are in the process of making Sarah into a huge crowd of 10,000 Sarahs, all with lightsabers. Or maybe they're just editing it, it's really not my call.

July 11th 2005 - Chain Palace

Sarah is working on a TV movie called Chain Palace . It's a thriller, and Sarah will be playing the role of Allison, who is, I imagine, an attractive woman with blonde hair. I cannot rule out the possibility of Sarah dying her hair or wearing a wig at this time. Or indeed she may be given a "Charlize Theron in Monster " -style prosthetic makeup job so as to appear unattractive. My money's on attractive blonde, though.

Anyway, this new project is directed by Phillipe Gagnon, whose past work all appears to have been French language stuff, although this will be in English. Can Sarah speak French? We may never know. I can't find much information about Chain Palace , other than the fact that it seems to be a Canadian film, and is being filmed in Quebec.

You may by now have noticed that the amount of pertinent information on this website is far outweighed by the amount of waffle. I hope you don't mind too much.

Note: - Chain Palace was renamed Living with the Enemy. According to IMDB, it contains a scene in which a "car is leaving the estate, it is seen with raindrops on it then it is dry in the next shot then wet again." - that alone is worth the price of a DVD for me, because I also run a website called www.wetthendrycarsinmovies.com.

July 1st 2005 - I Am Not Sarah

Added a new page patiently explaining that I am not Sarah Lancaster. Some people don't seem to believe me. Cleaned out the links page because one or two sites had gone. Drank 2 litres of Diet Coke.

October 20th 2004 - Sarah Lancaster Biography

Made a few updates including some new links to a few of the sites that have been springing up lately as a result of Sarah's roles in Everwood and Dr Vegas . Also fleshed out the Biography page with a bit more information and photos and stuff.

April 29th 2004 - Sarah Lancaster Forum

This website now has a forum , which will (at the time of writing) be the only online base for chat about Sarah Lancaster. Click "Forum" on the menu to get to it. (UPDATE, Oct 07 - forum now removed due to excessive spam by bad people).

November 26th 2003 -  Everwood

Many thanks to all of the people who e-mailed me to let me know about Sarah's new role as Madison in the TV show Everwood . Sadly it isn't shown in the UK, so I had no idea that it existed! I'll try to get some better information as soon as possible and keep the website current . Thanks again, this site relies on information and pictures from you, the fans of Sarah Lancaster, to keep it up to date.    [ UPDATE : Everwood is now shown on UK cable TV channel UK Living]

February 5th 2003 - Catch Sarah if you can

The latest Tom Hanks and Leanardo DiCaprio film, Catch Me If You Can , features Sarah Lancaster in a small part, credited as "Riverbend Woman". Riverbend is a singles complex in the film, and  Sarah plays a small "beautiful blonde woman" type of role. See the Internet Movie Database entry here .
